If i order now how many day it will reach

When it comes to ordering something online. We all  expect to receive our product in the shortest period of time. Hence, we use India’s best Courier services and make sure to deliver the Products within 5-7 working days in the major city limits. Sometimes the interior areas where the courier services do not have convenient offices may take 7-9 working days.

What is the warranty and guarantee of the product

We make sure we always use the highest grade of raw materials available in the market. Along with this we make sure that our employees we hire to work on the process of manufacturing them have a good amount of experience.
Hence, we provide 6 months of warranty on our Metal products * for welding and Powder Coating.
6 months of warranty on our riding gear and mobile holders. 

1 year on our bluetooth devices. Lifetime warranty on our Stainless Steel Performance exhausts. Rest detail information is given under the DESCRIPTION on all the products individually.

If i don't like the product  can i return it

All the products sent from Moto Torque go out only after various Quality Checks. Hence, there are very minimal chances of errors in the system to deliver you a defective product. However, if you do not like to use the product once its delivered to you. IF IT IS NOT FITTED only then Moto torque will take the product back, But customer has to bear the charges of sending back to us through Reputed courier or the same we use to send them. If a customer informs us for a pickup, we shall arrange the pickup. We will deduct the cost of the parcel one way and refund you the amount. The product has to reach us without damages or dents and without usage at all.

Can i Cancel the order after placing it

Yes, you can easily cancel the order upto 6 hours. But if the time exceeds then you have to talk to our tracking and dispatching team.

Will there be fitment guidance

Yes you will get a fitment guide with every product inside the box.

Will there be fitment tools to fix it

No we don't give fixing tools

Can I change the product once its ordered

Yes, you can change it within 6 hours of time by emailing us with your order id or calling us or whatsapp us.
